Raw hair is unprocessed, single-donor, and cuticle aligned. Virgin hair is chemically untreated but may be collected from several donors. Remy simply means the cuticles run in one direction. Only raw guarantees all three.

Raw hair keeps its pattern when you stop fighting it. Detangle dry, from the ends up. Wash in cool water with a sulphate-free cleanser, pressing rather than scrubbing. Condition in sections, comb through, rinse cold. Air dry on a stand, never twisted in a towel.
