Shipping & Returns.
Every piece is inspected, wrapped and sent by hand from the atelier. Because each bundle is raw and single-donor, our policy is deliberately simple — and final.
Shipping varies by location
Delivery time and cost are calculated by destination at checkout. Orders leave the atelier within 1–3 business days once your piece has been prepared. Local and domestic deliveries typically arrive quickly; international parcels take longer and may pass through customs. Any duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
A tracking number is sent to your email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it door to door. Please make sure your address is complete and correct — we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address entered incorrectly.

All sales are final
For hygiene and integrity reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any hair or product once an order is placed. Every sale is final. We encourage you to take your time with length, texture and colour before you order — and to reach out to the atelier first if you would like guidance. Our team is happy to help you choose with intention.
If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
